Our brushless motor fully utilizes coreless technology and has developed a coreless motor composed of a stator made from specially processed thin copper plates, rather than the traditional method of winding copper wire like conventional coreless motors. This motor features a completely different design philosophy and manufacturing method compared to traditional coreless motors, characterized by its lightweight, excellent heat dissipation, no hysteresis loss, and a size and weight that is about half to 80% compared to motors in the same output range (compared to our products). It is the only motor in the world that achieves high output and high efficiency while retaining the advantages of traditional coreless motors, such as no cogging and a hollow design.
