Our brushless motor fully utilizes coreless technology and has developed a coreless motor composed of a stator made from specially processed thin copper plates, rather than the traditional method of winding copper wire like conventional coreless motors. This motor features a completely different design philosophy and manufacturing method compared to traditional coreless motors, characterized by its lightweight, excellent heat dissipation, no hysteresis loss, and a size and weight that is about half to 80% less than motors of the same output range (compared to our products). It is a unique motor in the world that achieves high output and high efficiency while retaining the advantages of traditional coreless motors, such as no cogging and a hollow design.
