Our brushless motor maximizes the use of coreless technology and has developed a coreless motor composed of a stator made from specially processed thin copper plates, rather than the traditional method of winding copper wire like conventional coreless motors. This motor features a completely different design philosophy and manufacturing method compared to traditional coreless motors, characterized by its lightweight, excellent heat dissipation, no hysteresis loss, and size and weight that are approximately half to 80% of motors in the same output range (compared to our products). It is a unique motor in the world that achieves high output and high efficiency while retaining the advantages of traditional coreless motors, such as no cogging and a hollow structure. Leveraging the lightweight feature of this coreless motor, its applications are extensive, including robots, automobiles, aircraft, medical devices, and electric screwdrivers.
