The driver for three-phase brushless DC (BLDC) motors consists of a power driver with a three-phase bridge configuration and integrated decoding logic for Hall sensors. The motor windings are connected to transistors for switching, and six transistors make up the inverter. The transistors alternately turn ON and OFF in a specific sequence to change the direction of the winding current. Logic Circuit It receives feedback signals from the motor's Hall IC, detects the position of the rotor, and determines the excitation sequence of the motor windings. The signals from here are connected to the bases of each transistor in the power circuit, driving the transistors in a specific order. It also serves the purpose of detecting the motor's rotational speed. It also commands the motor for start/stop, brake/run, and CW/CCW control.
