The four-quadrant brushless motor driver automatically applies brakes when the speed exceeds the set limit, such as when an AGV is going uphill and exceeds the configured speed. By simply setting the speed, it helps prevent or mitigate overshooting the set location, personal injury, property damage, and damage to surrounding devices like motors and drivers. When lifting and lowering loads, while there may be no issues during ascent, the descent can exceed the intended speed due to gravity and the weight of the load, posing risks of property damage, personal injury, and motor damage. By reducing and stabilizing the speed during descent, it aims to minimize property damage and personal injury. The dimensions, appearance, specifications, and usage methods are inherited from VENUS, allowing for immediate replacement from the current driver.
