【Medium Output】Low price and short delivery time □110 battery-operated AC servo motor
This is a standard type medium output (550W to 1175W) cored AC servo motor that enables cost-effective and short delivery times for battery-powered robots.
This Cored AC servo motor is a standard type equipped with an incremental encoder. It is a battery-powered Cored AC servo motor that inherits conventional technology. Since it is typically in stock, it is a battery-powered AC servo motor that excels in price and delivery time. If you are looking to reduce costs and shorten delivery times, please feel free to request a quote. What is a battery-powered AC servo motor: It is a brushless motor compatible with battery power (DC 24V to 48V) that is equipped with an encoder, allowing for torque control, position control, and speed control. The motor is designed with a low torque constant and a high back EMF constant. Specifically, it can be easily designed using thick conductors, but this results in a lower space factor. Compared to designs compatible with high voltage (single-phase and three-phase AC 110Vac-220Vac, etc.), the motor efficiency decreases, and the size increases. There are various types of encoders, including magnetic, optical, incremental, and absolute types. When selecting, please check their performance and confirm whether the drive driver is compatible with that encoder type.

The "core" is used to reduce the magnetic resistance of the motor in order to achieve high output, but this "core" itself causes heat generation. When a rotor with permanent magnets, especially those with strong magnets like neodymium, rotates, a natural phenomenon occurs within the iron core that opposes the change in magnetic poles, leading to significant heat generation. Two types of losses occur: "hysteresis loss" and "eddy current loss," which contribute to substantial losses in motor heating. Incidentally, this natural phenomenon is intentionally utilized in induction heating (IH) cookers, demonstrating how significant the heat generation can be. Coreless motors are said to be highly efficient because they do not have this iron loss, but in reality, general coreless motors have lower torque compared to core motors.
