High-power motor for liquid delivery pump with operating oil white turbidity clear and oil-water separation.

Explanation of the elimination of cloudiness in hydraulic oil and extension of oil change intervals using the Coreless method. High-output motors suitable for oil-water separators and bypass circulation pumps.

In hydraulic systems and lubrication lines of large machinery, the "whitening of oil (emulsification)" caused by condensation or contamination with cooling water is a significant cause of serious problems, leading to machine seizing and valve sticking. The "coalescer-type oil-water separator," which efficiently removes fine moisture from cloudy hydraulic oil and lubricating oil by significantly growing the water droplets with a special filter and separating them, is effective. It allows for the restoration of oil to a clear state without disposal, significantly extending the oil change cycle and reducing maintenance costs. When continuously operating this coalescer-type oil-water separator, it is essential to supply oil to the element at appropriate pressure and flow rates using a "liquid transfer pump" or "bypass circulation unit" to prevent clogging and emulsification of the oil. Therefore, high durability and stable rotation are required for the drive shafts of these units. Our "low-voltage, high-output coreless motor (CMH series)" is a large-capacity motor with a brushless DC specification equipped with Hall sensors, making it a viable option as a robust power source for such oil-water separation devices and oil circulation pumps.

basic information

■ Technical Key Points of Oil-Water Separation and Coalescing Filtration - Water separation through coalescence: By colliding and merging tiny water droplets in the filter layer, larger water droplets (coalescence) are formed, allowing for separation by buoyancy without using chemicals to physically eliminate turbidity. - Stable fluid delivery: To prevent excessive pressure load on the element and maximize filtration efficiency, it is crucial to control the pump to ensure stable supply even with high-viscosity oils while suppressing pulsation. ■ Features of the CMH Series for Oil-Water Separation and Pump Drive - High output and torque: Despite being driven by low voltage (DC power supply), it delivers strong torque, making it suitable for transferring operating fluids with significant viscosity changes due to temperature fluctuations. - Long lifespan and continuous operation: The brushless structure controlled by Hall sensors supports long hours of continuous operation for bypass filtration units integrated into factory equipment. - We conduct domestic inspection for all units, from prototypes to small lots, before delivery.

Price information

By utilizing our unique global procurement network (world-class ODM products), we significantly reduce the development and implementation costs of pumps. Even with small-scale production in the tens of units, we offer price advantages equivalent to mass production, minimizing initial investment and inventory risks for companies.
