Coherent Inc. released the compact, high-power (1kW to 4kW) industrial semiconductor laser 'HighLight DL HPS' with an integrated module on April 16, 2020. Despite having the laser head, power supply, water cooling chiller, and heat exchanger all housed in a single unit, the dimensions of the unit are only 670x1050x1760mm, making it suitable for applications with space constraints.
