CPC AseptiQuik G - New Release!
Revolutionary! A genderless, sterile connection connector! It can connect to any part and reduce inventory by half! It has the highest level of high-temperature pressure resistance in the industry. The "G" in AseptiQuik G stands for Genderless. With its asymmetrical structure, it can connect without male or female parts, eliminating issues where bags cannot connect due to having only male connectors. Since there is no distinction between male and female, bags with male parts and bags with female parts can connect without any problem. If you conduct a high-temperature pressure test, you will understand the high quality of CPC's AseptiQuik G. When connecting, a double click sound will confirm the connection is complete. The structure requires two membranes to be clipped together before pulling, preventing issues where only one membrane is pulled or both cannot be pulled simultaneously, which could lead to contamination or the need to discard a batch due to contamination concerns. AseptiQuik G is compatible with AseptiQuik S. It accommodates tubes of 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, and 3/4 inches, and also supports 3/4 inch sanitary connections. Additionally, these can be combined with different diameters.

CPC AseptiQuik STC - New Release!
Stainless steel piping and sterilization tubes can now be freely connected! (Piping sterile connection joint + Tube sterile connection joint = AseptiQuikSTC) SteamThru, which allows for sterile connections between stainless steel piping and bags, has become an indispensable product in the biopharmaceutical industry. It is widely used around the world. We have launched AseptiQuikSTC, a product that combines the sterile connector SteamThru with AseptiQuik, which allows for sterile connections between tubes in general environments. Previously, it was necessary to connect all bags and tubes to SteamThru in advance and sterilize them, but with the launch of AseptiQuikSTC, sterile tubes and sterile bags equipped with AseptiQuik can now be freely connected to stainless steel piping in a sterile manner.

CPC AseptiQuik S - New Release!
For regenerative medicine and diagnostic drugs! We have developed a compact sterile connection fitting (also applicable for sterile attachment and detachment). Compared to conventional sterile connection fittings, we have developed a product with a smaller diameter tube. This product allows for the sterile transfer of liquids, even in small quantities. It can be used for various applications such as cell therapy, antibody production, small-scale protein formulations, and clinical trials. This product does not require any equipment for sterile connections, enabling sterile drug transfer in locations without power (outdoors, disaster areas). In hospitals, nurses do not need to learn how to operate any equipment, allowing for sterile connections without initial investment. Additionally, CPC Colder Products Company also sells sterile disconnect joints. When combined with the sterile disconnect joint, it enables sterile connection and disconnection, allowing for repeated sterile transfers. For more detailed information regarding sterile attachment and detachment, please contact the Colder Products Company Japan office.

New release of closed system (recirculating) for drum cans and plastic containers.
When using this three-port system with a joint system that greatly enhances safety for the sale of chemicals in drums or containers, or for the treatment of waste liquids, it allows for the simultaneous inflow and outflow of liquids while circulating them. Since it can instantly create a closed system (sealed) without liquid leakage from drums or containers, it minimizes chemical exposure for workers transporting liquids from drums or containers and prevents contamination of the local environment. The main features include (1) economic benefits such as preventing serious accidents caused by the dispersion of toxic substances and reducing the size of ducts, (2) increased convenience in filling with inert gases, (3) prevention of damage to the local and global environment from ozone-depleting gases and toxins, and (4) support for environmental activities such as ISO 14000 compliance, among others.
