AseptiQuik S for Sterile Connection
For regenerative medicine and diagnostic drugs! We have developed a small sterile connection fitting. (It can also be applied for sterile attachment and detachment.)
We have developed a product with a smaller diameter tube compared to conventional aseptic connection fittings. This product allows for the aseptic transfer of liquids, even in small quantities. It can be used for various applications such as cell therapy, antibody production, small-scale protein formulations, and clinical trials. Since this product does not require aseptic connection equipment, it enables aseptic drug transfer in locations without power (outdoors, disaster areas). In hospitals, nurses do not need to learn how to operate the equipment, allowing for aseptic connections without initial investment. Additionally, CPC also sells aseptic disconnect joints. When combined with aseptic disconnect joints, it enables aseptic connection and disconnection, allowing for repeated aseptic transfers. For more detailed information on aseptic attachment and detachment, please contact the CPC Japan office. A comparison guide between tube welding machines and sterile connectors has been created.
We conducted a survey to determine whether tubes (seal-able and weldable) or aseptic connectors are the more suitable method for connection needs among experts in the bioprocess industry. We summarized key points for selecting the optimal approach for applications, conducted a thorough comparison, and compiled it as a guide. CPC is a leader in single-use connection technology and offers a wide range of bioprocess connection solutions.
