The 1/16-inch (1.6mm) resin joints are very fragile and often lead to serious damage incidents. By installing a protective tube around the outer circumference of the bamboo shoot, the force from the tubes and hoses is less likely to directly impact the bamboo shoot in the 1/16 couplings and joints from CPC.
