Missile, rocket, and projectile HILS test bench

The Missile TestBench is offered at three configuration levels designed to accommodate various use cases in missile development, from subsystem modeling and verification to full flight guidance and control testing. Each configuration includes hardware, RTOS, software, and analysis tools optimized to achieve deterministic performance, and can be customized to meet program-specific requirements. Level-1: Subsystem Verification and Sensor Simulation Objective - Initial verification of missile subsystems, sensors, and embedded algorithms Level-2: Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GN&C) Prototyping Objective - Closed-loop verification of missile guidance, navigation, and control systems in a real-time HIL environment Level-3: Full System Flight and Control Verification Objective - Comprehensive testing and verification of missile flight control, avionics, and power systems under real-time operational loads

The flexible combination of IP cores in the FPGA workbench achieves both improved accuracy and cost reduction, enabling new simulations.

FPGA Workbench provides a complete development environment for building customized solutions on our FPGA cards. It includes a powerful GUI for selecting and configuring various pre-developed data acquisition and industry-specific IP cores. The library of functional IP modules includes: - Pulse Width Modulation - Analog I/O - Digital I/O - SENT Protocol - Encoders - Ignition - Injection - Crank/Camshaft - Wheel Speed Sensors - Change State One FPGA Workbench license is required for each FPGA board. Our programmable FPGA PCIe cards support both digital I/O and analog I/O, capable of controlling up to 96 digital I/O signals along with 16 analog inputs and 16 analog outputs. The I/O capabilities of each card can be fully customized by the user using the FPGA Workbench tool. The cards can be used with 362K or 504K logic elements.

It is composed mainly of a very high-speed memory-resident database (RTDB)!
