To maximize protection of the belt core, there are cover rubbers on the top and bottom!
The "canvas belt" is a product designed with a durable structural design from the inside of the belt to withstand the harsh transportation of everyday materials such as coal, aggregates, wood, and hard rock. The specially designed canvas core layer is embedded between the coated (adhesive) rubber for adhesion and load support. These cover rubbers are formulated with various polymers, fillers, and plasticizers, and we provide a wide variety of rubber types according to customer requirements. 【Features】 ■ Canvas layer: The warp yarn exhibits tensile strength, resistance to lateral tearing, and impact resistance. ■ Top/bottom cover rubber: Protects the belt core. ■ Coating rubber: Intermediate rubber with the canvas layer, adhesion performance, load retention, and impact resistance. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
