The "CR-160E" is a device that allows for a smooth and gradual start-up with inverter control, enabling the fabric to be wound up without being pulled abruptly. The winding tension can be adjusted using a tension bar and can be changed at will even while in operation with manual controls. The paper tube fixing bars on both sides eliminate the hassle of inserting the winding shaft, improving work efficiency. The unwind raw material receiving shaft is cantilevered and free, allowing one person to easily insert the raw material. The winding pressure roller is air cylinder-operated, allowing for easy raising and lowering of the roller and adjustment of the pressure with just one switch.
