Corresponds to 1200℃ × 1350kg! High-temperature heavy work handling
Elimination of the risk of falls and burns for workers through automation of high-temperature handling. Capable of handling dozens of types of work with a single hand.
We would like to introduce a case of implementing "high-temperature heavy work handling" as a conveying system in the heavy industry. Previously, hoists were used, but due to concerns for worker safety, such as "burns from radiant heat and drops during transfer" and "steering with an iron rod while operating the hoist," we decided to automate the process. Using a robot capable of carrying 1350 kg, we transfer workpieces at 1200°C. One hand can accommodate dozens of different types of workpieces. [Case Overview] ■ Process: From design to maintenance, integrated ■ Machinery Classification: Conveying System *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
basic information
<Features of the Equipment> 1. Hand mechanism that can withstand high temperatures for a certain period (Materials: Inconel, Hastelloy, etc.) 2. Automation of release agent application work 3. Advantages of robotic production - Elimination of drops during transfer - Prevention of burns from radiant heat - Elimination of hazardous work 4. The robot is made by Fanuc (6 axes) - Transfer: Capable of handling 700 kg - Release agent application: Capable of handling 70 kg - Heat resistance measures: Fireproof clothing and aprons, etc. (Materials that can withstand 250 degrees of radiant heat)
