The robot hand is equipped with a vision sensor to recognize products and tray shapes.

The appearance of the products set on the tray is transferred to a temporary storage using Robot A after image recognition. Then, Robot B automatically transfers the products from the temporary storage to the inspection station, where a camera inspects their shape. After that, Robot C sorts the good and defective products, recognizes the gaps in the tray through images, and automatically loads them. A key feature of this device is that it is equipped with a vision sensor on the robot hand to recognize the shape of the products and trays. The cycle time is 15 pieces per minute.
