This tester was developed based on a concept of "Multi-Link Air Leak Tester" and all the technologies Cosmo Instruments has acquired so far were assembled in it. Adopting user-friendly color LCD touch screen for the Controller that comes with lightweight highly accurate Pneumatic Circuit Units. Also the Fieldbus technology allows the simple single-cable wiring between the Controller and the Pneumatic Circuit Units. Up to 8 Pneumatic Circuit Units can be connected to the Controller. 〇 Multilingual Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean. 〇 Multi-Link Control The Controller controls up to 8 Pneumatic Circuit Units. Each Unit can be controlled simultaneously or individually. The compact Pneumatic Circuit Units save space and reduce facility cost.

Cosmo’s Air Leak Testers began with the automation of cylinder block airtightness tests for engines in 1970. Our products are utilized in various fields including automotive parts, gas, water supply, medical, electrical, electronics, and food.
