Easily simulate the optimal production plan for weaving. You can view production schedules, daily yarn requirements, shipping plans, and the status of delivery delays.
By changing the machine's rotation speed and operating rate, the scheduled completion date can be automatically adjusted, and production plans can be simulated. By placing orders on the loom, the requirements for beams and the planned usage of weft yarns are automatically calculated. It is equipped with a standard function to change only the weft yarn with a single beam to produce a different item number. It can be linked with monitoring systems and beam stockers. - It is easy to change the beam number of the work-in-progress using mouse operations. - Based on simulation results, you can view production schedules, required thread amounts, shipping plans, delivery delays, beam change plans, etc., at any time. - Data registered in the production plan can be viewed in a Gantt chart by machine number or product number. - The Gantt chart uses different colors to indicate work in progress, planned (with or without winding beams), and delivery delays, allowing for a quick understanding of the situation at a glance.
