Omega Eye is an IoT solution that monitors lamps and meters installed in factory equipment using external cameras, allowing real-time understanding of operational status and abnormal stoppages. It fundamentally requires no wiring or modifications to equipment, making it possible to implement even on older machines and equipment that are not compatible with PLCs. The camera automatically distinguishes the on/off status of lamps and the condition of analog and digital meters, acquiring and storing operational data. The acquired data can also be checked on a web-based "information board," which is a separate solution, aiding in the early detection of abnormalities, visualization of downtime, and analysis of trouble causes. Especially in production environments where prompt responses to unexpected stoppages or abnormalities are required, Omega Eye reduces the burden of human patrols while ensuring thorough operational monitoring without oversight. <Features of Omega Eye> - No distinction between old and new!
