Users can now utilize the service without purchasing licenses or hardware, making it possible to try it out or start small. This service also includes a trial environment usage service for those considering system implementation. During the conceptual phase of system implementation, trialing the target system (the system being considered for implementation) serves as valuable decision-making material. Service System (Trial Use) 1. Environment (Trial Environment) You can try out the application and evaluate it before making a decision on implementation. It is also possible to continue using it as a production environment, but we can assist with formal validation as needed. The trial environment has no usage period restrictions and will be automatically extended every month. (You must contact us at least 30 days before stopping usage.) * This environment is a single configuration. If you wish for redundancy in the environment, it is available as an option.

Service System (Standard) 2 Environments (Production Environment and Verification Environment) To prepare for official operation, validation activities will be conducted in the verification environment, and configuration settings will be applied to the production environment based on the evaluation results. The verification environment will be in a stopped state (Cold standby) after the official operation begins and will be activated as needed. The training environment can be freely used for trial purposes throughout the implementation period. Additionally, after the official operation begins, it will be used as a training environment for MR and PV personnel. * This environment is a single configuration. If you wish for environment redundancy, it is available as an option.

About Trial Use of the Service In our efforts towards digitization, we face the following concerns...! 1) We are considering digitization, but there are ongoing costs associated with system implementation. (We want to calculate specific COT and ROI.) 2) Implementing a dedicated system comes with usage period restrictions and requires a lot of time for setup. (In case of unforeseen circumstances, we cannot revert.) 3) Even after system implementation, there are no resources available to manage operations. (We want to focus on our core business.) 4) There is also the burden of regularly updating the system. (We want to keep up with technological advancements.) 5) Just demos and explanatory materials do not provide a clear image of usage.
