Thermal Conductive Compound "TM Series"

We accept requests for the design of thermally conductive compounds based on various thermoplastic resins, including fluororesin and super engineering plastics, as per customer specifications.

The TM series is a customer-oriented resin compound that aims for a balance in three aspects: "thermal conductivity - reinforcement - moldability," achieved through Dainichi Seika's formulation design, material compounding technology, and special dispersion processing technology. As a processing example, we have significantly improved the bending modulus while achieving a thermal conductivity of "5W/m·K*" with an insulating type resin compound.
