Dainichi Seika's cellulose fiber compound is an environmentally friendly "functional resin compound" that achieves high dispersion of cellulose fibers in thermoplastic resins by utilizing Dainichi Seika's formulation design, material composite technology, and dispersion processing technology, along with specialized processing equipment and material evaluation techniques. In addition to improving the biomass ratio of the resin and providing reinforcement effects, it is expected to maintain a high rate of reinforcement effect retention through re-mixing, enhancing recyclability. Thanks to Dainichi Seika's unique surface treatment technology (patent pending), it is possible to achieve high dispersion in the resin without breaking the fiber length, allowing for compound design that leverages the characteristics of the fiber length.
