This is a water-based color base for paints that disperses organic and inorganic pigments, with a VOC content of less than 0.1% (1,000 ppm). It uses a special water-soluble acrylic resin that has compatibility with a wide range of resins developed uniquely by our company. *VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) - There are also solvent-based pigment dispersions available.
