Functional fused fluororesin compound (FMPC)

The greatest feature of FMPC lies in Daikin Seika's unique dispersion control solution, which provides various functions and added value without compromising the excellent properties of fluororesins. Fluororesins exhibit outstanding heat resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance, electrical properties, and sliding properties. Through the dispersion, processing, and blending technology of functional fillers, Daikin Seika, which has long faced the characteristics of fluororesins, is able to propose the development technology of functional compounds. ■ Features - Proposing solutions to the challenges of resin property modification faced by customers! (Development examples: low dielectric constant, imparting thermal conductivity and conductivity, improving sliding properties, antiviral properties, polymer alloys, etc.) - Mixing of liquid materials is also possible! - Simultaneous support for coloring + functional addition (laser marking), aesthetic enhancement, and mini-pelletization (PFA) is also available! ■ Basic Information - Base resin: Melt-type fluororesin (PFA, FEP, ETFE, PVDF, FKM*) *Fluororubber - Product shape: Pellet shape - Others: We also handle color masterbatches for PFA, FEP, ETFE "FCM H series," and color masterbatches for PVDF, LM-ETFE, FKM "FCM+."
