MCS8A type 8-input multi-stop TDC (80 ps resolution)
Time difference measurement TDC ⇒ The speed of the phenomenon can be measured. It detects the time difference between the START signal and eight types of STOP signals with a resolution of 80 ps.
Up to 8 types of event times can be recorded. It is a multi-event time digitizer (TDC) with 80 ps per time bin and no dead time. **Features** - It can detect pulse widths with an accuracy of 80 ps and calculate the area and height of the detector's pulses. - It can detect overlapping multiple events. - The state changes of STOP events can be evaluated at a rate of 12.5 GHz. - It achieves a constant throughput of 240 MB/s with a USB 3.0 interface. - An optional oven-stabilized clock for stable oscillation is also available.

Create/measure long time differences with picosecond (ps) resolution! ⇒ Generate time differences in picoseconds with the T560 delay/pulse generator and measure time differences in picoseconds with the MCS8A TDC/TOF.
To accurately and precisely create multiple pulses with a long time delay (delay) at a resolution of picoseconds (ps) and to measure that time difference accurately and precisely, general equipment cannot achieve the necessary precision or resolution at all. - The T560 delay/pulse generator from Highland Technology can set the delay time and pulse width individually for 4 channels in increments of 10 ps, up to a maximum of 10 seconds. - The MCS8A multi-stop TDC/TOF from FAST ComTec can detect the time difference between the START signal and 8 input STOP signals in increments of 80 ps, up to a maximum of 8.3 days.

Detectors and sensors that detect charges proportional to the strength of energy are the measurement targets! ⇒ Cremat Corporation Charge Sensitive Preamp Product Information
Detectors and sensors that detect charge (charge) proportional to the strength of energy include APD (Avalanche Photodiode), PMT (Photomultiplier Tube: Photomultiplier), and MEMS capacitive accelerometers. In charge-sensitive preamplifiers, an output proportional to the amount of charge received from the detector is obtained. Gaussian shaping amplifiers shape long tail pulse waveforms into Gaussian function waveforms. Baseline restorers (recovery circuits) are modules that correct baseline shifts and are effective for high count rate input pulses. Using evaluation boards and aluminum housings makes it easy to verify inputs from the target detector. Finished products of charge-sensitive preamplifiers include those compatible with the high voltage bias of the detector and specialized products for photomultipliers and SiPMs. Finished products of Gaussian shaping amplifiers are available in eight types with different shaping times.
