Spectrum's UCS30 model MCA spectroscopic system
It is compatible with most standard scintillation detectors and operates as a PHA (Pulse Height Analyzer) and MCS (Multi-Channel Scaler).
With a simple configuration, a radiation analysis system can be easily constructed. - UCS30 MCA Spectroscopy System Main Unit ⇒ Built-in amplifier and high-voltage power supply - SPA38 Scintillation Probe ⇒ Connected to the UCS30 main unit with two cables (BNC and MHV) - Software for PC ⇒ Connected to the UCS30 main unit with only a USB cable
basic information
It is designed based on the photomultiplier tube (PMT: photomultiplier). - Equipped with a preamplifier and amplifier for the photomultiplier tube. - Equipped with a high-voltage power supply for the photomultiplier tube. The threshold setting for the discriminator can be configured. - Lower limit (LLD) and upper limit (ULD) of the channel range. The device is equipped with data memory. - Data from the ADC is stored directly in memory. The software package fully controls all functions of the system. - Operates on Windows 7 and later.
