[Actuator Construction Example] Distributed Pressure Type Press Brake *Without Control Valve
Case study of actuators without control valves. The rigidity of the ram significantly decreased due to the distributed pressurization of eight hybrid actuators.
We would like to introduce a case study of our hybrid actuator "HySerpack" used in a distributed pressure type press brake. Conventional press brakes predominantly use hydraulic cylinders to apply pressure on both sides of the ram. In this machine, eight hybrid actuators are arranged at equal intervals to perform distributed pressure, significantly reducing the rigidity of the ram, resulting in a weight reduction to about 1/10 and a power consumption reduction to about 1/20. [Effects] ■ Significantly reduced rigidity of the ram ■ Weight reduced to about 1/10 ■ Power consumption reduced to about 1/20 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
basic information
【What is HySerpack】 It is a unit-type hybrid actuator that improves the shortcomings of conventional hydraulic drive systems, making it easy to use and assemble. It eliminates piping, which is a cause of oil leaks, and does not use control valves that lead to complex piping at all. Additionally, it uses an extremely small amount of operating oil, allowing for the use of flammable oils even in hazardous locations, and significantly reduces power consumption. <Advantages> ◎ No hydraulic source devices, control valves, or piping are required, eliminating the need for hydraulic construction. ◎ Running costs are drastically reduced with power consumption that matches the workload. ◎ Compact, high-functionality, high-output, high-precision, low-noise, and highly efficient, resulting in excellent energy-saving effects. ◎ No cooling wastewater, and waste oil treatment for operating oil is maintenance-free, dramatically reducing environmental impact. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
