Also known as bulge forming, it expands the entire or part of a pipe outward to create products in the desired shape. It is used to manufacture structural components for automobiles, with a clamping force of 2,500 tons, an axial pushing force of 200 tons, and a boost pressure of 200 MPa. Two axial pushing cylinders and one boost cylinder operate in synchronization, simultaneously controlling position and boost pressure.
