[Construction Example] Aircraft Steering System
A revolutionary steering system that removes not only the piping but also all control valves.
We would like to introduce an example of the installation of the "Hybrid Actuator." Aircraft operate with 3 to 4 hydraulic systems in parallel to enhance the reliability of the piping laid out within the fuselage. However, even with such safety measures in place, aircraft have historically experienced several crash incidents triggered by pipe ruptures. The Boeing B777 passenger aircraft has adopted the hybrid actuator and has removed all piping, which was the source of accidents. However, it does not completely eliminate the use of servo valves. To remotely control this "Hybrid Actuator," the B777 uses electrical wiring, referred to in aviation terminology as fly-by-wire, and the method of remote control using light is called fly-by-light. Our steering system is a groundbreaking system that has removed not only the piping but also the control valves, and we have already obtained patents in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
