The hybrid actuator "HySerpack" developed by our company does not require a control valve and can control thrust and rod position with high precision. It rotates a hydraulic pump with a servo motor, and the forward and reverse rotation of the servo motor controls the discharge direction of the hydraulic pump. Since there is no need for a directional control valve and the discharge amount of the working oil can be controlled by adjusting the rotation speed, oil quantity control is also unnecessary.
