The Zirconia-type oxygen (O2) sensor TB-II VN series is an O2 sensor that uses stabilized zirconia ceramics in the detector. It has improved upon the TB-II V series, which has a proven track record for vacuum equipment, significantly enhancing its responsiveness. It can be directly inserted into small sealed containers and piping, where sampling is difficult, in addition to being used in glove boxes and vacuum furnaces. It is capable of measuring O2 partial pressure under reduced pressure of 1×10^-3 Pa (1×10^-5 Torr). Due to its simple structure, maintenance is easy.
