By cutting off power with a manual Kami-Ai clutch, even if the power is accidentally turned on during machine maintenance or cleaning due to misrecognition by a third party, power will not be transmitted, preventing unforeseen accidents caused by machine operation. Additionally, by disconnecting the power unit (motor, reducer, gears, etc.) from the driven side (conveyor, rollers, etc.) using the Kami-Ai clutch, it allows for manual movement of devices that have suddenly stopped due to power outages or conveyors being cleaned. This serves as a double safety measure. 【Features】 ○ Disconnection is possible while applying torque (load) to the clutch. ○ Increased number of teeth provides more engagement opportunities during one rotation. ○ The structure makes it difficult for the engagement to come apart unintentionally. ○ Blind operation is possible, allowing engagement of the clutch without looking at the Kami-Ai teeth. ○ The KTM type can be used for applications that were difficult to accommodate with previous Kami-Ai clutches.
