The standard specification includes a phosphate coating on the plates and nickel plating on the pins. The self-lubricating chain has thicker inner plates for strength, but it is compatible with general roller chains, allowing the use of OCM standard sprockets directly. **Features of the ND Self-Lubricating Chain** The ND self-lubricating chain, treated with a special process, has improved wear resistance by more than four times compared to the standard self-lubricating chain at room temperature. It is ideal for extending the replacement period of the currently used self-lubricating chain. Additionally, since the dimensions of each part are the same as those of the self-lubricating chain, switching can be done without changing equipment or devices. OCM standard sprockets can be used.
