Sankyo Manufacturing Co., Ltd. End Face Machined Rack Gears The pitch can be aligned easily for connection installation using the rack alignment method, making installation and length processing straightforward for the effective length of the rack. Precision grade equivalent to JIS Grade 8 (formerly JIS Grade 4)! We have standard stock for racks from M1.0 to M6.0 and for pinions from M1.0 to M3.0. Both the rack and pinion equivalent to S45C are available with a precision grade of JIS N8 (formerly JIS Grade 4), and all products undergo black oxide treatment. Additionally, all angular rack gears come with end face machining, and we also offer high-precision hardened and ground racks (four-sided ground finish)! Mounting hole processing rack gear The end faces have been processed and mounting holes have been made, making it easier to install. In the case of connection, please align the pitch using the alignment rack method for installation.

Hardened tooth rack gear Approximately 1 meter in length. The tooth part is subjected to high-frequency hardening and precisely processed, offering excellent strength and wear resistance, enabling high-precision linear motion. The tooth part is the contact area where the gear rotates, and the rack gear is finished particularly smoothly and with high precision.

Round rack gear (S45C) Approximately 0.3m, 0.5m, 1m in length. A round rack processed from S45C material with an outer diameter tolerance of h9. Depending on the shaft shape, it is possible to control the reciprocating movement of the shaft with rotational drive power for the sliding movement of unit components.

Stainless Steel Square Rack Gear This is a stainless steel rack gear made of SUS304. It is available in lengths of approximately 0.3 to 1 meter. We also accept additional processing such as machining of mounting holes. In the case of connection, please align the pitch using the matching rack gear method for installation.
