The attachment holes have been processed with boring and tapped. Therefore, the nuts that were previously necessary for attaching the attachments are no longer needed. It allows for easy attachment to slats and other attachments, reducing installation time. Additionally, compared to the conventional method of welding nuts onto attachments or using special chains with pressed-in special nuts, we can now deliver at a lower cost and with shorter lead times.

〇Features There are two types of roller formats: small roller and large roller. Except for the attachment part, it is the same as a standard double pitch roller chain. The bushing processing part has been heat-treated, ensuring sufficient strength. The number of threads is comparable to that of a nut when used. Sprockets can be standard sprockets for OCM roller chains or dedicated sprockets for double pitch roller chains. Note: Please tighten the bolts to the specified torque value. There is no anti-loosening function for the bolts, so please use commercially available thread locking agents.
