The "CPS Cam Positioning Stage" is a cam-driven stage developed to meet the need for positional correction during transport when the workpiece is miniaturized. It adopts a fixed-pitch cam, allowing it to be used with the same feel as a ball screw-driven stage. By utilizing the absolute origin return function, it eliminates the need for an origin sensor.
