"Teflon-type gasket" processed in-house at Daiko!
A lineup of Teflon-based gaskets with excellent chemical resistance and electrical insulation properties!
At Daiko Co., Ltd., we handle a variety of "Teflon-based gaskets." The "pure Teflon" is a gasket made from punched Teflon (PTFE). It has excellent chemical resistance and also features outstanding electrical insulation properties. In addition, we offer products such as "Teflon sand," which uses a heat-resistant millboard as the core material and has PTFE as the outer layer, providing excellent elasticity and flexibility, as well as "filled Teflon" and "soft Teflon." 【Features】 < Pure Teflon > ■ Gasket made from punched Teflon (PTFE) ■ Excellent chemical resistance and electrical insulation ■ Operating temperature range: -50 to 100℃ ■ Maximum operating pressure: 1MPa (10kgf/cm²) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
