PTFE Plotter Processing Case: Thick Plate Processing
No need for a die, so we can respond quickly with a clean finish without any burrs, even for small lot orders!
Based on the customer's specifications, we produced two plates measuring 40mm x 300mm from a 10mm thick PTFE sheet. The processing involved drilling two holes with a diameter of 16mm. Using our plotter processing machine (with router functionality), we processed it directly and precisely from CAD data.
