Water Jet Processing Case: Large Diameter Gasket
Introducing a case where 14 bolt holes with a diameter of 12mm were drilled on a P.C.D. of 550mm!
We would like to introduce a case study of water jet processing of "EPDM rubber" that our company conducted. In this case, based on the drawings provided by the customer, we manufactured a large diameter flange gasket with an outer diameter of φ600mm and an inner diameter of φ500mm from a 4mm thick EPDM rubber sheet. The processing involved drilling 14 bolt holes of φ12mm on a P.C.D. of 550mm, using our water jet cutting machine to achieve high precision cutting according to the data. 【Case Overview】 ■ Material: 4mm thick EPDM rubber sheet ■ Product: Large diameter flange gasket with an outer diameter of φ600mm and an inner diameter of φ500mm ■ Processing details: Drilling 14 bolt holes of φ12mm on a P.C.D. of 550mm *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
