We would like to introduce a case where we produced 10 pieces of a strip-shaped gasket measuring 15mm × 350mm from a 5mm thick NBR rubber sheet based on the customer's drawing. After precisely cutting it with our water jet cutting machine, we applied tape processing on one side before delivery. The greatest feature of NBR (nitrile rubber) is its overwhelming stability in oil environments. It has excellent oil resistance, abrasion resistance, and aging resistance, along with mechanical reliability. Due to these properties, it is widely used in various industrial applications involving oil, such as oil seals, gaskets, and oil-resistant hoses.
