We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a D1000 spiral gasket (thickness 4.5mm) for an oval opening (300mm×400mm, seal width 25mm) based on the customer's drawing. It prevents leaks of high-temperature and high-pressure steam or hot water. In this case, we produced a V-shaped cross-section metal hoop and filler, which is the sealing material, with high precision using a dedicated winding machine. The spiral gasket is a high-performance semi-metallic gasket that is rationally designed for high temperature and high pressure applications.
