We would like to introduce a case where we produced a large-diameter product with an outer diameter of φ1500mm from a 10mm thick natural rubber sheet based on the customer's drawing. The main feature is the multi-hole processing, which involves drilling a total of 320 holes with a diameter of φ24mm. Using our water jet cutting machine, we were able to cut accurately and efficiently according to the CAD data, even for the numerous holes that would be difficult to achieve with manual or press processing.
