[TOMBO No.1995 Processing Example] 2-Pass Gasket for Heat Exchangers
Direct processing based on the drawings received from the customer! Complex shapes can be easily realized.
Based on the customer's drawing, we have produced one gasket for a heat exchanger from the standard grade joint sheet "TOMBO No.1995" with a thickness of 2mm. The shape is a "2-pass" gasket for a heat exchanger, in the form of a ring with a center branch, measuring φ532mm × φ445mm. Using our water jet cutting machine, we cut it directly from CAD data with high precision. Water jet cutting is suitable for processing gaskets with complex shapes, such as those used in heat exchangers, as it cuts with a high-pressure water stream. 【Processing Features】 ■ No need for molds, resulting in low cost and short lead times ■ Direct processing from drawings ■ High-quality cutting with no thermal effects ■ Easy repeat orders with data storage *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
basic information
【Product Details】 ■ Compatible with large diameters ■ Widely used as gaskets for flanges, valves, and various equipment at relatively low temperatures ■ When used in steam and hot water lines above 100℃, it is important to ensure sufficient tightening surface pressure to avoid pipe stress *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
