[Non-asbestos joint sheet processing example] Gasket for hot water and general piping

Direct processing based on DXF data! Accurately reproducing numerous holes and complex frame shapes.

We would like to introduce a case where we produced two frame-shaped gaskets measuring 230mm x 340mm from a non-asbestos joint sheet "D6000" with a thickness of 2mm, based on the customer's drawing. The processing involved drilling 14 holes with a diameter of 10mm. Using our water jet cutting machine, we cut directly from the CAD data with high precision. Water jet cutting is suitable for processing joint sheets with complex shapes, as it cuts using a high-pressure water stream. 【Processing Features】 - No need for dies, resulting in low cost and short delivery time - Direct processing from drawings - Easy repeat orders with data storage *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
