[Technical Description] Principle of Count Master / Piece Counting Device
This explains the principle of a counter that quickly and accurately measures the number of items such as postcards, envelopes, tickets, efficacy documents, cards, booklets, circuit boards, gaskets, and more.
The Count Master is a measuring instrument developed to count stacked items. Features: It can count even small gap items. The counting speed is fast, allowing detection of one item at a speed of less than 1m/s (for items like cards with a thickness of 0.21mm). It counts non-contact using an optical sensor, preventing damage to the counted items. Detection Principle: Light is applied while moving up and down from the side of the stacked measurement items, and the reflected light is received by the sensor to detect changes. When the sensor moves across the measurement surface, overlapping areas of the items create a pattern of light and dark. By detecting this pattern with the sensor, a wave of signals corresponding to the light and dark is generated, allowing the count of items by counting the peaks of the wave.
