Our "Noise Inspection Device" utilizes an inspection algorithm based on the Maharano Vista Guchi method to automatically and quantitatively inspect the quality of sound and vibration. We would like to introduce a case where the "Noise Inspection Device" was applied to the noise inspection of air conditioning compressors. Traditionally, the presence of abnormal sounds and vibrations was determined by the auditory and tactile senses of the operator. In this case, simultaneous inspection of sound and vibration was achieved using a microphone and an accelerometer.
