Tin sulfate plating additive DAIN TINGOOD 201 (glossy)
It is an additive for glossy tin plating in sulfuric acid baths. A strong glossy coating can be obtained over a wide range of current densities.
The organic substance absorption capacity of the film is low, it has excellent solder wettability and corrosion resistance, is less affected by internal stress, and can suppress whisker formation.
