- It does not contain benzotriazole-based compounds. - It exhibits a high corrosion inhibition effect on various metals such as copper, copper alloys, aluminum, and iron with a small amount of addition. - It is a water-soluble rust inhibitor effective for aluminum and aluminum alloys. - Since aluminum is an amphoteric metal, corrosion can be a problem in high pH machining oils and cleaning agents. However, when DFA-1 is added to machining oils and cleaning agents, it demonstrates a high corrosion inhibition effect on aluminum and aluminum alloys. - Compared to inorganic corrosion inhibitors commonly used in machining oil applications, it uses organic agents as corrosion inhibition components, ensuring stability in liquid form when added to machining oils.
