Environmentally friendly, heat-resistant water-soluble copper discoloration inhibitor.
【Discoloration Prevention Performance】 ■ Suppresses discoloration when copper materials are heated (140–200℃). ■ Suppresses discoloration at high temperatures and high humidity (>70℃, >80%RH). 【Other Features】 ■ A water-soluble, non-chrome product that contains no inorganic components, making it environmentally friendly. ■ Does not significantly adversely affect the contact resistance of copper surfaces. 【Examples of Use】 ■ Copper-plated products, copper foil, copper wire. ■ Rolled copper foil, electrolytic copper foil (for printed circuit boards, lithium-ion battery anodes, etc.). ■ Alternative to chromium treatment for copper foil. ■ Suppresses discoloration during heating in post-processes such as reflow and soldering.
