Dain Silver EL-LC is a strong acidic type non-cyanide replacement Ag plating solution. * It adheres well to various Cu materials and can replace and deposit on various electroless Ni-P coatings. * It enables good plating on DCB substrates and AMB substrates as well. * Since it adheres well to various electroless Ni-P coatings, it is also ideal as a base for Ag paste in Ag sintering. * The deposition rate is fast at 0.07μm/min, improving workability. * Being an acidic type, it allows plating without damaging the resist.
